01 — Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on lodi666 following successful registration.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is strictly limited to one (1) lodi666 account. Players found to have registered multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — will have all associated accounts permanently suspended. All balances, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

04 — Account Registration

To access real-money games on lodi666, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify lodi666 immediately via our support channels. lodi666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

06 — Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lodi666 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. lodi666 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. lodi666 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified identity, lodi666 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to return funds to their source.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on lodi666 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable for USDT deposits, are determined at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable.

07 — Withdrawals

7.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests from lodi666 are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. lodi666 will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account. KYC documents required include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and proof of ownership of the payment method being used for withdrawal.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

lodi666 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed. lodi666 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your lodi666 account. lodi666 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments over a defined period at its sole discretion.

7.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

lodi666 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering; (c) the account is subject to an active investigation; or (d) applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Balances have not been met.

08 — Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by lodi666 are subject to specific terms including Wagering Requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated alongside each individual promotion and form part of this agreement.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Balances awarded by lodi666 must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. 8.3 Bonus Abuse

lodi666 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear Wagering Requirements, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

8.4 lodi666's Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses

lodi666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account, the specific terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to apply unless otherwise notified.

09 — Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

12 — Account Closure & Suspension

lodi666 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lodi666 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (subject to applicable KYC verification and Wagering Requirements being met) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

lodi666 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.

13 — Intellectual Property

14 — Limitation of Liability

lodi666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of your Real Money Balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

15 — Amendments to These Terms
